Common questions
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are booked with individual providers. Choose a provider on Find a provider, then use the Book with button on their card or profile. Some providers ask you to call to book.
How do I join a telehealth visit?
Use the join link on the Telehealth page at your appointment time. Not every provider offers telehealth; each provider profile says whether they do.
Where do I find forms?
Patient resources lists the forms Health Haven may ask you to complete. Each one opens in a new tab on IntakeQ.
Where are your offices?
Each office page lists its address, phone and hours as confirmed by Health Haven.
What if I am in crisis?
For a medical emergency, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988. Health Haven is not a crisis service.
Appointments
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome at our West Palm Beach, Okeechobee and Stuart (Ocean Blvd) offices. At other offices, book with a provider through Find a provider.
Is every provider taking new patients?
Not necessarily. A provider's card or profile shows whether they are accepting new patients and how to book with them.
Telehealth
Which providers offer telehealth?
The Telehealth page lists the providers who offer it, and each provider profile shows how that provider sees patients.
What do I need for a telehealth visit?
A device with a camera and microphone, an internet connection, and a private space. The Telehealth page has more on getting ready.
Offices
Which offices offer TMS and Spravato?
TMS and Spravato (esketamine) are offered at our West Palm Beach and Okeechobee offices only.
There are two Stuart offices. How do I know which one?
Health Haven has two separate Stuart offices, one on Ocean Blvd and one on Federal Hwy. Check the address on the Locations page before you visit.
Are offices open every day?
Hours differ by office, and some offices are open on specific days only. Check the hours on the office's page before you plan a visit.
