Assisted Living Facility Care

Who this service is for

Residents may need support for depression, anxiety, behavioral changes, sleep concerns, medication-related issues, adjustment to health changes, grief or other psychiatric concerns. Families and facility staff may also have questions about changes they are seeing.

Care in the community setting

Depending on the facility arrangement and the resident's needs, care may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, therapeutic support and coordination with the resident's existing care team. The exact services and visit format vary by community.

Coordination with staff and family
