Norma Goodrich

Norma Goodrich is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC) with a specialty in psychiatric-mental health care. She is bilingual and committed to compassionate, patient-centered care for people navigating mental health challenges.

Her work in psychiatric nursing has focused on supporting patients through trauma, addiction, ADHD, depression, abuse, anxiety and sleep disorders. She has worked with diverse populations, from adolescents to older adults, each with their own story and path toward recovery.

Norma's approach is holistic and collaborative. She looks not only at symptoms but at the emotional, social and environmental factors that affect well-being, and she builds a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, respect and understanding. Her aim is to help each patient take an active role in their care, strengthen resilience and move toward balance and lasting wellness.
