What happens during an evaluation?

This isn't a rushed checklist. We ask about your medical background, current medications, family history, sleep, substance use, and life circumstances — because all of it matters. By the end, you'll have a clear picture of your diagnosis (when one applies) and a concrete treatment plan with next steps.

Evaluations are available in person at all 8 Florida locations and via telehealth statewide. Many patients tell us the evaluation itself was a relief — finally, someone listened to the whole story.
