About

Steven Bak, BSN, RN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner who provides psychiatric evaluations and individualized care for patients across the lifespan. With experience in acute, adult, and geriatric psychiatry, he supports patients through medication management and evidence-based treatment planning, including options such as TMS and esketamine when appropriate. He brings a patient-centered approach informed by his background in nursing, clinical care coordination, and psychiatric research.
