Mary Chea

Mary Chea, RMHCI, is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a background in psychology and healthcare. She provides compassionate, person-centered counseling for emotional wellness, life transitions, and relationship and family concerns, drawing from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches. She values active listening and building trusting relationships, and is committed to supporting clients’ emotional well-being as they work toward their personal goals. Christian counseling is available for clients who wish to include faith in their care.
