What a telehealth visit is
A telehealth visit is an appointment with your provider by video instead of in the office. You can join from a phone, tablet or computer with internet access.
Not every provider offers telehealth, and some providers see patients by telehealth only. The list below shows the providers who offer it, and each provider profile shows how that provider sees patients.
Getting ready
Choose a private space and use a device with a camera and microphone.
Check your internet connection before the visit.
Privacy and technical basics
Join from a place where you can talk privately and where others cannot overhear. Where you can, use a device and a network you trust rather than public Wi-Fi. Close other apps before you join, and allow your browser to use your camera and microphone when asked.
If you cannot join your visit, use the contact page to reach the office.
If an in-person visit is needed
Your provider decides what kind of visit fits your care. If they recommend seeing you in person, they will talk with you about it. Our offices are listed on the Locations page.
How to book
Appointments are booked with individual providers. Find a provider, check that their profile shows telehealth, and use the booking option on their profile. Some providers ask you to call to book.
